THE Tax Resolution and Strategies by Prall EXPERIENCE

here’s what our customers are saying:

“I had a small concrete business with my brother. We dissolved the business and dispersed the property. I got the 2006 Chevy truck. The Department of Revenue said I owed them $3,000 plus interest. I tried to argue with them but I couldn’t get nothing done. Fred said ‘I want to help you.’ He called and all they said was: ‘He needs to pay it. He needs to pay it.’ Finally, we got one lady who had the legal team look at it. She called back and apologized and said: ‘You don’t owe a thing.’ To me, Fred’s better than a lawyer. He’s just a remarkable guy.”

“I switched to Fred Prall Consulting several years ago for help with my taxes. As a self-employed person with multiple income streams, I needed not only professional help, but personalized care. I have felt confident filing my taxes ever since!

I formerly used an online self-service and always felt slightly confused and nervous about filing my taxes. After switching to Fred Prall Consulting, I never looked back. Fred Prall’s company has always treated me with genuine care and respect. They are extremely helpful for explaining the ins and outs, and they have excellent communication skills, which helps me feel at ease at tax time. Thank you, Fred Prall and Co!”

“I’ve been working with Fred since I started in business in 1976. Fred has provided strategic advice, assistance with financing, networking and other items related to business growth. The development of our location on Curry Pike was a result of Fred’s advice and assistance with SBA financing.”

Mr. John Griner, President of Griner Engineering

“When I was young, I’d just gotten out of the service, I purchased about 300 acres.
Then I bought a farm. Fred was out at my farm one day and he told me about
something called a Starker Exchange, which they now call a 1031 exchange. If you sell
a property and buy a comparable property within six months, you don’t have to pay
capital gains taxes on the full amount of the property you sold — only the difference. So I
bought a second farm, and then I bought a third farm. What happens to most farmers is
if they don’t do this deal, they have to sell all or part of the farm to take care of the tax
liability. Fred was the one who mentioned it to me years ago. It’s been good for us.”

Mr. John Baker

“It started with my 2015 tax returns. I got a letter two years later from the IRS. They said I hadn’t declared income and owed $23,000. But it was a clerical error through H&R Block. They had my income under my ex-wife’s name. She filed first as head of household. When we amended the return, H&R Block should have put my name as head of household, but didn’t. Whenever I tried to get ahold of the IRS to get the situation resolved, it was, ‘No, you still owe $23,000.’ Fred managed to get the stuff figured out with the IRS, to show where their mistake was and how H&R Block messed up. It took six months for them to admit they’d made a mistake. Fred’s an awesome gentleman to work with.”
